MAIL ORDER GUIDELINES:
Delivery Charges both ways are payable by the hirer.
The Delivery charge will determined by Masquerade based on size and weight of the parcel, ensuring the goods are insured.
All orders will be sent to you prior to your function date via DPD, Royal Mail Special Delivery / Other Courier. This will be dictated by the size & weight of the parcel
Delivery’s will normally be 1 or 2 days before your function date…. This can be discussed & specified on booking,

Masquerade will not be held responsible for incorrect information relating to sizes or any other detail that results in hire goods being unsuitable or unused.
Return shipping costs in such circumstances will not be covered by Masquerade
