Here at Masquerade we have introduced our “ Contactless Costume Hire” Service, an additional service to our in store hire and Mail Order Hire service.
This Contactless hire service is perfect for those that live local enough to visit, but due to a busy work schedule or simple lack of time due to a hectic day to day timetable, means they cant visit easily within our trading hours. Also with the current times we are in, some customers may be concerned about visiting shops due to Covid-19, so this option is perfect ! { however, rest assured we are totally Covid secure }
So, How does it work ?……
Its very simple…Just a few easy steps ..
Our Contactless Hire Service works very much like our Mail Order hire service that we offer. We will firstly need you to call us or email us with your enquiry and requirements { a phone call is always best ! }
We will then guide you accordingly step by step with what we need from you. This will be information regarding dates and also accurate sizes so we can access availability & costume options based on your information.
Once we have established how we can help, you will then need to secure your goods if you wish to confirm your hire. To do this you can pay the applicable hire charges which we will quote fully during the Various stages of your enquiry.
Payments must be made over the phone with credit or debit card to secure your order. Address details for your invoice must match this card. Deposit information will also be held. No goods are held or reserved until full payment is received by Masquerade.
We will arrange a specific day, date & time for your costume collection.
Your goods will be left in our designated Contactless Collection point to the outside of our premises for your 30 minute time allocation. If you are running late you must call as goods are not left outside of your allocated time slot.
On the arranged day / date of return you will be required to return your goods within our trading hours {unless otherwise agreed with Masquerade} and dropped off at our contactless drop off point.
After Return, We will retrieve the goods and carry out our costume check off procedure to ensure all goods are back safe and sound and undamaged. After this we will destroy all personal data and deposit information held.
…. And that’s it !…. simple and time saving all round !
